Folkestone Real Estate Income Fund at Sydney Olympic Park

The Folkestone Real Estate Income Fund at Sydney Olympic Park (Fund) is a single asset, closed end unlisted real estate fund.

The Fund owns 7 Murray Rose Ave, Sydney Olympic Park (Asset), a 5,920 square metre commercial office building comprising five levels of office space and ground floor retail, and two levels of basement carparking.

The Fund aims to provide Unitholders with sustainable, tax effective income and the potential for capital growth through active management of the Asset.

The Fund's term is five years from 1 December 2012 unless Unitholders agree to a variation of the Fund term.
